Advanced training does not mean advanced asana. Rather, we refine and delve deeper into the foundations learnt in the 200 hour training. Only continued exploration, questioning and discussion will foster the growth of your practice and teaching. The 10 sessions encompass a range of topics that will help you connect to your practice and better see your students. As teachers and individuals, we must continually find ways to spark self-examination and evolution. Stagnant minds make for uninspiring classes.
