Pilates
Power Pilates is dedicated to Pilates training that honors the integrity of the original method developed by Joseph Pilates. Our mat classes are open to all levels - every exercise can be modified accordingly.
Beginners and intermediate can master the basics of working deep core, posture, flexibility, breathing and relaxation. You will gain strength, balance and coordination.

Thursday's - 6 -7pm in Tuckahoe
Friday's - 11:30 - 12:30pm in Tuckahoe
Yoga/Pilates - Mixed Level
This new class is the perfect combination of yoga and pilates. As in a yoga class, it will incude a centering, slow flow vinyasa to warm up for the Power Pilates strengthening of the core, back, and legs. The class finishes with yoga stretches and a restorative sivasana.
Monday's - 11:30-12:45pm in Scarsdale
Pilates Fusion - Mixed Level
This new class is a fusion/blend of ballet, yoga, sculpting with props (exertubes, balls, dynabands and yoga blocks) opened to all levels from beginner to advanced.
Saturday's - 2-3pm in Scarsdale
