Instructor: Franklin Shire
Having lived many places, with many careers, Franklin became a certified Kripalu yoga teacher in 2004 and Budokon sensei after discovering the grounding and peaceful effects of a regular practice. His classes encourage one to feel the benefits of breath and body awareness in order to find the balance of easefulness within the effort, on the mat, and in life. Through the asana practice, as we breathe, relax, and feel, we discover our center, our truth, our own yoga.
