Deirdre O’Connor’s yoga classes offer a welcome respite from the tension and stresses of day-to-day life. She completed her training at Yoga Haven in 2005. Deirdre has continued to study many different styles of yoga since then, bringing an extensive knowledge of yoga to each session. She teaches a core strength vinyasa class that is challenging, playful and heartfelt. The pace is steady and the practice is creative. She encourages physical exploration, mindfulness and self-awareness. With compassion, wisdom and good humor, Deirdre creates an atmosphere of self-discovery and spiritual growth. Her love of yoga clearly shines through her teaching and her students can easily connect to that.
Deirdre is also a seasoned Thai Yoga Practitioner since 2005 (ancient form of massage), a mat Pilates instructor since 2009 and most recently an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach since 2016.
