You’re never too young or too old to enjoy yoga! In these classes, traditional yoga techniques have been recreated in simple and fun ways that young people can enjoy.
Toddler Yoga: For parent/caregiver and children walking – 3
We will use a combination of simple animated poses, games and breathing exercises that help to build coordination, body awareness and self expression. Moms, dads or caregivers please come dressed for yoga and ready to move and have fun.

Kids Yoga: Ages 6-10
Yogis and yoginis come together in a lighthearted environment for individual, interactive and partnering poses, games, music, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and self-expression through yoga.

Fridays, 4:15 pm in Tuckahoe
Teen Yoga: Ages 11 & up
Teens experience an enormous amount of stress today. Many things contribute to it: peers, school, families, and competition. Students often become more self-aware and gain a sense of well-being, while developing strength and flexibility and learning breathing and relaxation techniques. Students also learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress and connecting with their bodies in a loving way.

Fridays, 5:30 pm in Tuckahoe
Teens accompanied by an adult, may also attend regular level 1 classes. Once teens are accustomed to Yoga Haven and the classes, they are more then welcomed to come on their own.
