Betsy Kase, Owner and Director of Yoga Haven has been teaching yoga for over 18 years and Yoga Haven has been in operation business for over 12 years! The studio has been incredibly successful since the day it opened it doors. With a staff of 23 teachers and an administrative staff of four Betsy has created a thriving business introducing residents of Westchester to the world of yoga. Unlike many studios, Yoga Haven incorporates the philosophies of many different yoga styles enabling students to get a well rounded yoga education.
