Yoga for Sports Performance

This class is designed to be an active recovery day to help assist athletes with muscle recovery, injury prevention and rebalancing the body.  Improve your mobility, balance, and mental focus with this relaxing yet informative class.  Classes follow an upper body / lower body split routine addressing everything from the fingers and toes to the smallest of muscles that keep the spine stable and healthy.  Whether you’re and athlete with tight muscles or a desk jockey with a sore lower back, this is the class for you.
