FAQs

Variety is great, but especially if you are new to yoga, the schedule can be overwhelming. If you are unsure where to begin, please contact us and we’d be happy to offer some guidance. We always recommend that new students start with a Level 1 or Fundamentals Class. This will allow you to familiarize yourself with the poses and healthy alignment.

What class do I start with?

Wear something that is comfortable and easy to move in. We don’t wear shoes in class, but in the cooler months, you may want a pair of socks for deep relaxation.

What should I wear?

At this time mats and props are not provided.   To make the most out of class, bring your own mat, blanket and blocks if possible.

Do I need to bring a mat?

At this time you must register in advance for all classes.

Do I need to register in advance?

We suggest arriving 15 minutes before class starts. This will give you time to check in with the teacher.

How early should I arrive?

Sometimes life or traffic gets in the way. If you arrive late, please wait until after the opening meditation. Come in and setup quietly.

What if I am late?

If you need to leave early, please do so before final relaxation. And be aware of other students so as not to disturb them.

What if I need to leave early?

How long is class?

Most classes are 60 minutes.

Where do I park?

Please note on the  confirmation the address of the outdoor class you registered for.
