Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training
Immerse yourself in the study of yoga for the childbearing year.  This 29-hour comprehensive training (contact and non-contact hours), will include how to teach yoga to women in all stages of pregnancy. Participants are eligible for 29 hours of CEU credits.
Contact Hours
  • Day #1, 6:00-9:00 pm 

  • Day #2, 2:00-7:00 pm

  • Day #3, 1:00-6:00 pm

  • Day #4, 1:00-6:00 pm 

  • 18 Contact hours 

Non-Contact Hours

  • homework assignment

  • take home quizzes

  • develop lesson plan

  • class observation

  • independent practice with classmates

  • book assignment

  • 11 contact hours

You must be a certified hatha yoga teacher to take this training. Otherwise you may only take this training with permission
