What's Coming Up!
Workshops held at Steffi Nossen School of Dance and Center for Movement
216 Central Ave, White Plains, NY
Opportunity to truly unwind and sink into the present moment. We'll start with a short, easeful movement practice to stretch and find space. Followed by longer and longer restorative poses, mindfully built from the ground up to support your body as it is in the present moment. We'll end with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to promote a true opportunity of rest, so you can return to your weekend recharged and renewed. You can expect to receive a lot of personal attention and expert instruction on how to best use props to truly support your body and create perfect conditions for rest. Props will be available at the studio, but please feel free to bring your own props to supplement your practice.
