For 20+ Yoga Haven has been a welcoming community in lower Westchester. We offer a mindful yoga experience, accessible to all. Our former studios in Tuckahoe and Scarsdale were havens from life's inevitable stresses that helped students return to the day-to-day off the mat with a greater sense of grace and ease.
