Additional Offerings

At Yoga Haven, we feel yoga can be more than a 75 minute class on your mat. There are other ways to integrate yoga and yogic principles into your life. We strive to bring yoga into the community, with the hope to create a positive impact on their lives. We currently work with diverse populations, including kids, teens, seniors, and children and adults with special needs and/or disabilities. We have brought yoga to offices and nursing homes; and our new program, the Empowerment Project, is school-based, focused on physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth through yoga and mindfulness practices. Believing in a holistic approach to health, we offer acupuncture, massage and reiki.
