The original Yoga Haven was created to provide a little piece of tranquility in our very busy lives. Tucked into downtown Tuckahoe is a little 'haven' where you can rejuvenate and rebalance your body, mind and spirit. We offer a full range of yoga classes based on a variety of techniques and styles, massage (bodywork), acupuncture, workshops on topics related to your everyday life, as well as yoga and meditation supplies.
Yoga Haven 2 opens in Scarsdale December 5th, 2011. With a new schedule, different types of classes you are able to use your class cards at either locations.

When classes are cancelled for snow an email will go out, a new message will be on the answering machine and information will be posted here.
Some of you have already heard the news that there will be a new Yoga Haven 2 opening in Scarsdale. Our plan is to open by December 1st. We are presently in the construction process, and right now it doesn't look anything like a yoga studio! The address is 91 Montgomery Ave. Scarsdale, NY 10583. Keep in touch for the grand opening!
