Yoga Haven has been created to provide a little piece of tranquility in our very busy lives. Tucked into downtown Tuckahoe is a little 'haven' where you can rejuvenate and rebalance your body, mind and spirit. We offer a full range of yoga classes based on a variety of techniques and styles, massage (bodywork), acupuncture, workshops on topics related to your everyday life, as well as yoga and meditation supplies.

The studio will be closed from Saturday, August 21st - Monday, September 6th. All class cards are suspended. Holiday classes will be posted in the near future.
