Prenatal Yoga emphasizes self-awareness, relaxation and composure, it is the perfect preparation for pregnancy and childbirth.  No previous yoga experience required.

Childbirth Ed Classes and Postpartum Workshop with The Parent Collective

Caroline Jones of The Parent Collective will teach prenatal childbirth education classes and workshops beginning this spring.

Postpartum Workshop Saturday April 27, 1-3PM

Postpartum is a time of significant physical, emotional and relational change. This class will provide guidance on what to expect in terms of your physical healing and adjustment to life as a new parent.  You will leave this course full of practical tips and the confidence that comes with knowing what to expect in your postpartum season.

Prenatal Childbirth Ed Series Thursdays 7-9pm, June 6, 13, 20, 27

The Prenatal Class Series is designed for couples (birth partners are encouraged to attend) to both learn and socialize, over the course of a four-week period. Each prenatal session is 2 hours with ample time for discussion and relationship building. Classes are best taken in the third trimester, ideally completed before 36 weeks of pregnancy.

Yoga for Fertility + Reproductive Empowerment

Jaime Maldonado will teach a 4 week series on Mondays at 6:30PM in June

This yoga series reduces stress, detoxifies the body, increases circulation, enhances the immune system, helps keep ovaries healthy, rebalances the endocrine system, supports the emotional ups and downs of treatment, and creates community for women. Series will be held on Mondays from 6:30-7:45PM June 10, 17, 24, and July 1.
