Variety is great, but especially if you are new to yoga, the schedule can be overwhelming. If you are unsure where to begin, please contact us and we’d be happy to offer some guidance. We always recommend that new students start with a Level 1 “Beginner Friendly”. This will allow you to familiarize yourself with the poses and healthy alignment. The schedule also offers Chair Yoga on Thursdays and Extra-Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays for those with limited mobility, recovering from illness or injury or just want a gentle start. Look for the Yoga 101 Workshops offered every couple of months. This workshop breaks down a class and gives space for students to ask questions.

Wear something that is comfortable and easy to move in. We don’t wear shoes in class, but in the cooler months, you may want a pair of socks for deep relaxation.
-
We request that all students bring their own mats, we have extras just in case. Additional yoga props (blankets, blocks, belts and bolsters) will be available at the studio.
-
We request you register in advance for all classes.

Our address is 125 Marbledale Road. Marbledale Road has a ton of metered parking on both sides of the street. Please download the PANGO App. and add your car and credit card information before coming to class.

We suggest arriving 15 minutes before class starts. This will give you time to check in with the teacher.

Sometimes life or traffic gets in the way. If you arrive late, please wait until after the opening meditation. Come in and set up quietly.
-
If you need to leave early, please let the teacher know, and do so before final relaxation. And be aware of other students so as not to disturb them.

If you have any questions about the series or workshop you’d like to register for, please reach out to us at info@yogahaven.com before you register. Your registration guarantees you a space in the workshop or series regardless of your attendance; absence from class does not reduce the cost of operating our programs. Students assume full risk and responsibility for any changes to their business or personal schedule that prevents them from attending a session. We do not offer refunds or credits for workshops or series cancelled within 48 hours of the first session.
For cancellations prior to 48 hours before the first class you will need to email us at info@yogahaven.com to cancel. Your registration fee will be refunded in one of 3 ways:
1) to your credit card minus an 8% credit card processing fee.
2) to your Wellness Living account minus a 4% credit card processing fee
3) by check or Zelle minus a 4% credit card processing fee
Class cancellations due to inclement weather or other reasons will be made up and will not be refunded nor will credits be issued. If you are unable to attend the makeup class you will not be issued a refund or credit. While we try to keep make-up classes on the same day of the week and time, please note that it is not always possible.
If you are unable to attend a session because of illness or injury please email info@yogahaven.com to notify us and we will offer one courtesy class that can be used to pay for a class on our regular schedule (limit one class cancellation)Item description
