Membership Fine Print
Memberships begin on the day it is purchased
Memberships are non-transferrable and cannot be shared
Cannot be cancelled or put on hold before 3 months of membership fees have been paid.
Memberships auto-renews each month
Membership freeze: If you wish to freeze your membership you may do so after you have paid the first 3 months of your membership fees. To freeze your membership, you must give written notice to Yoga Haven two (2) weeks prior to your next debit date and pay a $25 freeze fee. You can only freeze your membership one time during a calendar year (January 1 - December 31). You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your membership, you must give written notice to Yoga Haven by emailing info@yogahaven.com, at least two (2) weeks prior to your next debit date. Memberships cannot be cancelled before 3 months of my membership fees are paid
PREREGISTRATION:
We require preregistration for all of our classes, workshops and events.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
Regularly scheduled classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before they begin.
Workshops and events can be cancelled up to 48 hours before they begin.
If we do not have sufficient sign up for a class we will cancel the class 2 hours prior to its start time.
CLASS CARD EXTENSIONS:
We get it - life sometimes gets in the way of finishing a class card before its set expiration date, and we want you to be able to use all of your classes. We now offer the option to purchase a Class Card Extension to extend your active 5, 10, or 20 class card for 6 weeks. With the purchase of the class card extension we will extend the expiration of your card by 6 weeks. Please note, a class card extension can only be applied once (1x) per class card.
