Share the joy of yoga and mindfulness with children
This foundational training is perfect for anyone interested in sharing the joy of yoga and mindfulness with children ages 2-8. It will give practical, hands-on instruction covering breathwork, asana, and mindfulness. Students taking this training are well-prepared to teach these principles to the children in their lives. This is a great training addition for preschool teachers and people who teach after-school programs. Previous teacher training certifications not required.

Who Is Teaching?
Sue Fried
Founder, Owner and Director of Budding Buddhas
Over the past 12 years, Susan Fried has brought yoga and mindfulness to thousands of young people through Budding Buddhas. In addition, she has trained hundreds of educators, social workers, and parents helping them bring yoga and mindfulness to the children in their lives. Susan feels that children of all ages can understand the mind/body connection and she empowers students to take yoga techniques off the mat and into their everyday lives.
